Delivery Information:

-We offer FREE delivery on all orders within UK.

-All items are dispatched within 1 business day 

-Orders over £99.99 are sent by PARCELFORCE 24 (1 working day dalivery)

-Orders over £59.99 are sent by PARCELFORCE 48 (2 days delivery)

-Smaller orders are sent by EVRI or ROYAL MAIL48. Delivery time in this case is usually 3-5 working days (delivery time is not guaranteed).


KITLAS Cosmetics can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control. Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of delivery, unless special instructions were given at time of order, a note will be left to advise if your order has been returned to the depot.
