Here’s how it works. If you find the exact same item (same color / same size) from another online merchant within 7 days following the date that you placed an order with Waxee.uk, we will refund you the difference in price between the cheaper item (incl. shipping) and the item you have purchased from our online shop.

Requirements for the Best Price Guarantee include:

Auction sales, bankruptcy/store closing sales, and other non-regular sales channels are excluded
The price must be made by a legitimate merchant (no private sellers, etc.)
The Best Price Guarantee only applies to merchants within the UK
The reference currency/price is always the GBP
The final comparison price includes all delivery/shipping costs of the cheaper product
